Your debit/ credit card details will not be asked or stored in this Website or shared with any Third-party.
Pricing Policy
Prices of products may change from time to time and any promotional discounts or offers may also be withdrawn at any time.
Payment Method
Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer.
For Bank Transfer orders payment should be transferred within two hours from receiving of Bank Transfer details, otherwise, order will be considered as cancelled.
Delivery
Deliveries within Muscat will take between 2 - 3 days with a delivery charge of OMR 2.00. Any delivery outside Muscat might take up to 1 week with a delivery charge of OMR 3.00.
Return Policy
If you wish to return a product, it should be requested through email within 14 days of receiving your order, and the product must be received by us within this duration.
Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging with all Mini's Boutique tags still attached.
The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
Please note you can only exchange products for a different size, based on stock availability.
Shipping is complimentary on the replacement if product received is damaged.
We reserve the right to asses the condition of any product that you wish to return, and make any deductions or exchange rejection if there are indications that the product has been used or purposely damaged.
Out of Stock Policy
We make every effort to maintain our inventory and mark items “out of stock", or we remove the item from our website. On occasions, we may not have the item you have ordered marked as "out of stock" due to previous sales not yet reconciled.
If you have placed an order and this occurs, we may be able to offer either of the following options:
If payment is already made, you may select an alternate item of similar value, or;
We will fully refund the amount of the "out of stock" item.
